The Playboy magazine is the most popular publication for playing around with nude playboy models. Its editors publish nude models in a variety of styles and poses. The first Playmate featured in the magazine was Margie Harrison in 1977. She appeared in the American version of the magazine the following year. The top two models in the US and Canada receive $100,000. In the United States, the competition is more intense, so they need to be well-known for their modeling skills.
Unlike other magazines, the Playmate has its own rules. For example, they do not promote models. The Playmate must be in a bikini and should have a long, slender figure. However, a bikini should be of the right size and proportion. A model should not be too large or too short. In addition, a woman must be of a good size to be eligible to be a Playmate.
